Preparing For The School Year

Meet the Teacher Night  is held several days before the 1st day of school.  We invite you to this open house event to meet your child’s teacher, to allow your child to visit his/her classroom, and even drop off their school supplies for the new year.  We will also have an Information Fair in St. Bernadette Hall to distribute information about Extended Care, the cafeteria lunch program, scouts, soccer, etc.

Tuition Payment Plan forms are required each year to indicate your payment plan for the year.  You may choose to be on the electronic monthly or quarterly debit tuition payment plan,  or you may make an annual or semi-annual payment. Tuition Payment Plan Form

Families who may qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch need to complete that application below.

All families receive a personal login for for Sycamore (, our online school information site.  On this site you will be able to find your child’s room assignment, view your tuition and cafeteria account information, as well as enter your volunteer hours into your service log. Parents of students in grades 4 - 8 will be able to view student academic grades as well. 

St. Cecilia School Uniforms may be purchased at Galls, 3105 Leavenworth Street. Boys’ shirts and uniform pants, and girls’ uniform blouses may be purchased at local retailers.

Please consider volunteering in our cafeteria. We welcome both parents and grandparents and hope you will find it to be a very rewarding experience. It is an opportunity to see your student at school and they are excited to see you as well! 

Lunch Program

Hot lunch is provided daily in the cafeteria through the Westside Community School Lunch Program. The cost is $3.00 per lunch. Free or reduced lunch applications are available from the cafeteria manager.  Additional information regarding the lunch program can be found in the school handbook.
